This question is regarding Bristan diverter cartridge (Prism, Trinity) CART 04945

Trinity Shower

Submitted question previously: "I have a Bristan Trinity shower feeding a flexible riser which I replaced the thermostatic cartridge seals some time ago. I need to replace them again but cannot source the seal set. Are they still available?" and was told there were two types of cartridge fitted of which only one had seals. Checked it out and NEITHER cartridge is same as mine...

Subsequently found this which looks more like it but am now very confused and cannot see a seal kit for this one anyway!!

If you can send a couple ofphotos of the complete valve with the knobs on, a couple with the knobsand covers off, so we can identify the top part of the cartridge and ifit is possible a couple of the cartridge itself if you can remove it, then we maybe able to identify the manufacturer etc.
