I was also wondering the following:
What showers would you recommend to replace the Bristan B85?
Ideally I want it to be exactly the same size and for the water to enter in the same place so its a simple plug-and-play rather than having to do any major DIY.

Unfortunatelythere is nothing that is a direct swap.
However.......Triton has recently brought out the T80Z Fast Fit this shower has been designedround being a retrofit unit.
Thepipe work can be brought in from almost any position and there is a reasonableamount of space for cable entry from most positions.
