Newteam 902 Mixer Shower

The water flow knob has to be turned off really tightly as it is dripping. Is this just a washer that needs replacing? If so please advise. Many thanks

Sorry for the delay in replying, this needs a new flowcartridge however New Team now Bristan say that this is now obsolete we are convincedthat they are wrong  come back to thispage over the next week or so and see if it chances.
