This question is regarding Sirrus 6"" Rose fixed shower head (Chrome) - SK780690CP

Bramham Shower head replacement

I am looking for a new 4" shower head for my Bramham which looks exactly like this but has a male connector and the swivel joint is attached to the water pipe. Is there anything suitable?
