trevi shower valve

i have a trevi shower with a sirrus 1500 antique cartridge chrome sk1500-7cp fitting which will not turn off. the barrel now just goes round and round. do I need to replace the whole cartridge at £139.98. Also the ceramic section of the handle is broken. is there a replacement. thankyou

It sounds like you may need a new cartridge. The handle is no longer available.
