Our Bristan shower broke last Friday morning -we couldn't turn it off. I contacted Bristan who gave me the part number but were unable to supply the spare until after the Bank Holiday weekend. Then I contacted The Shower Doctor. I spoke to a very friendly guy who confirmed that they had the part in stock and could dispatch for Saturday delivery. I rang them at lunchtime on Friday, the spare arrived at 10am Saturday and was fitted and the shower was back up and running within half an hour, much to the relief of my family.
A fantastic service - I would highly recommend The Shower Doctor.
