Roman waterfall thermostatic cartridge for a concealed shower.

Hi We have a Roman waterfall concealed shower Cant regulate the temperature, all we are getting is hot water. Would we need to order the SK1850-2- Many Thanks

Can't think of the Roman Waterfall shower however if it is one of the 1800 series derivatives then possibly a strip down clean lube and fitting a service kit would solve the problem.
