Sanitan shower dripping

Hi, Just moved into a house that has a sanitan shower in it which is really difficult to turn off. You need to use an above average amount of force to turn the lever and cut the flow off and often you'll find that it'll start dripping 10 minutes later and you need to apply even more force to turn it off. Do you think one of your seal kits would help? I've attached a photo so you can hopefully identify the model. Thanks
