This question is regarding Sirrus 1850/968 Thermostatic Cartridge without Thermostat - SK1850-2

sk1850 -2 flow control

have serviced the shower and then had to replaced the cartridge, the flow control, from off to fully on takes nearly 2 full turns, when fully assembled its restricted to about 3/4 turn! either have it off-very poor flow, or good flow and wont turn off! Can the cartridge be adjusted to condense off - full flow?

It would appear that you have a circlip missing from the cartridge or the flow temperature incorrectly set.
