Tool to Hold Shower Body When Unscrewing Cartridge?

Hi, I notice that the shower body that the cartridge screws into has a couple of blind holes either side of the cartridge. Is there a tool available using these holes to hold the body when unscrewing the cartridge? I ask because the way my shower is installed (see photo) it is difficult to get a purchase on the shower body so I'm concerned about stressing the pipework when unscrewing the cartridge. thank you.

These holes are only for locating the knob set.

Yes these can be difficult to unscrew especially if the pipe work hasn’t been secured.

Looking at the photo the only thing I can suggest (And probably not much of a suggestion!)as you unscrew it get someone to put a large screwdriver between one of the inlets or outlets through on to the timber mounting plate and use it as a lever to act against the turning effect of unscrewing the cartridge.
