Tulsa concealed shower temp low

Hi, I have the above shower unit fitted but just recently hasn't been as hot as usual, I have altered the temp control to max and still not hot enough, does get to the right sort of temp when I run the cold bath tap at the same time?

From your description it sounds like you have uneven pressures high pressure in the cold and lower pressure in the hot.

By opening the cold tap you are reducing the pressure in the cold therefore bringing the pressures closer together.

There could be other problems however this has to be checked out first.
