I changed the seals on my cartridge first but with no success so I ordered a new cartridge with thermostat.
I found the video tutorials invaluable and had the new cartridge installed and running in a just few minutes.
I must congratulate The Shower Doctor wth their fantastic speedy service and their helpful video tutorials.
