Replacement Shower

Can I replace a Newteam 2500 Power Shower with the Bristan Hydropower 1500 Thermostatic Power Shower?

Unfortunately there is nothing that is a good change over because there are no showers on the market at the moment that have left hand inlets, also you will have to run a new cable because all the new units are 240v and will have to be earthed.
