Bristan java shower

Hi, we havea Bristan java shower where the water runs luke warm and doesnt get hot. the bath tap close by rns hot ok. Assume its the cartridge but cannot see where to order one from.

This is fitted with a manual cartridge so it is unlikely to be the fault.

This shower has inlet filters etc which may be blocked causing the problem,
