Bristan Java Thermostatic Surface Shower & Riser Rail - Chrome Shower Spares

I'm only getting a tepid temperature of the water from the shower and moving the temperature dial has no affect. It's definitely not the supply as the bath taps work fine. Any ideas?

Thanks, but can I just confirm that the cartridge with the spring is the one I need for this type of concealed shower valve, ie the one noted as 'Shower Cartridge Assembly - Not Threaded?'

Is it not the cartridge referenced as CART 06732COMPL?

This diagram shows one type of cartridge , but the Java used to use the www.showerdoc.com/bristan-thermostatic-cartridge-cart-5

You will have to remove the cartridge to find which model you have.
