Shower Thermostat

Shower or bath cold and hot water not function properly. Water really burning hot even turn tap to cold water. Is it damaged of shower thermostat? Pls advice me. Thank you

If you can get to them I would check that the inlet filters are clean and clear, if they are Ok then probably a new thermostatic cartridge.
