Dripping shower head

What causes our shower head to drip after use. Do we need replacement seals?

The seals will not help in this case . You may need a new www.showerdoc.com/bristan-ceramic-disc-valve-vlv-04070ter-of, which is the part of the cartridge, www.showerdoc.com/bristan-cart5-dual-control-thermostatic-cartridge-06732compl
that turns off the water.
