This question is regarding Bristan Osborne Thermostatic Shower With Adjustable Riser - Shower Spares

part 18

Im looking for a replacement for the ball type fitment which holds the shower head. looks like part 18 (with tap) on the diagram . Are there any spares which would fit it instead?
