Pisa recessed shower spares

Have a customer that has a pisa shower that is stiff to turn and handles are rounded do I need the front & back plates PLTO4746 / THBPPL if I get a new cartridge & handles for it, Many Thanks

The front plate comes with the new cartridge and the back plate is part of the shower body and is already there.
