Dripping Pisa Bristan shower

My Pisa Bristan shower (surface mounted) is dripping. I think the seals may be degrading. Can I change the seals myself using the sealing kit? Do I need to turn mains off to do it?

Yes you need to turn the water off to the shower if it is dripping from the shower head then it is more likely to need a new cartridge (Which comes with new seals)
