Slow dripping shower

Prism Exposed Dual Control Shower mixer.

I have a slow dripping shower which seems to be a Bristan Prism deal control exposed (see photos)

To fix this do I just need to buy a new cartridge?

Also, does the catridge come with disassembly and reassembly instructions?

This shower has either the ,

or the ,

www.showerdoc.com/sirrus-thermostic-cartridge-1850-968-sk1850-2-no-thermostat

If it is the latter there is a seal kit that would stop the leak, if not a new cartridge maybe needed.
