how do I take off the flow disk, part 21

I have taken off part 26 (heater handle and frontmost disk). And taken the handle off 21, but do not understand how to take off the flow control (there seems to be no release that I can identify, and it is not lifting off easily as in the video I found on youtube for this type of dual type shower valve. Is there a video showing how to take out the cartridge for this model? (I only want to remove it to descale it as suggested by one of your support team)

I am not sure that I have what you are asking absolutely clear but I think the next thing you need to do to remove the flow control knob is remove the circlip the knob assembly should with a bit of jiggling then just pull forward.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I got the flow control and the plate, circlip and nylon ring off.
But the value won't come out (possibly due to limescale). I've sprayed it vinegar-water solution and tried again but it will not budge and makes a suction 'tiny bubbling' noise when I manage to move it slightly sideways. The temperate 'cog' moves in-out a little, but the rest does not come with it.

I tried putting flow and temperature cover and handles back on for a bit of leverage. But it doesn't budge.
The area is suffers high limescale.

Any thoughts on how to loosen this or if something is holding it in place?
(I read some place about o-rings having moved down side of valve but no way to check this)

Thank you for your time

Unscrew part 14 in the diagram. The rest should unscrew , lift off.
