Diverter piece

Hi,im am a plumber,installer. Called out y'day to problem with diverter on above shower its leaking badly from diverter when turned on plus it does not switch from shower fixed head to shower hose or just comes out of both.

I see this part is now disscontinued?

Any ideas ? I took apart but think it is shot.

I did not supply original customer sourced it.

This maybe a solution or you could send us a picture of the cartridge /faulty part and we may find another solution.
