trinity cartridge

Bottom of cartridge has broken at the bottom of mixing chambers how do I reach it to remove it.thanks

I am not very sure which part has broken off so it’s difficult to help, can you send us a photo of the cartridge and the bit that is stuck in if possible and we’ll try and help.
