Bristan Shower Mixer Spare Part

Sir/Madam, I'm looking for a spare part for my Bristan Shower Mixer (QST SHU C). Unfortunately you do not list the part - but it is showing in your diagram as item 15 - a simple washer of around 45mm. I'm writing in the hope that you can source this, or a suitable alternative, part. Thank you, Lawrie Henery.
