This question is regarding Bristan Screw In Brass Thermo Cartridge - 00622415

Correct thermostatic Cartridge

Hello,



I recently purchased a Bristan Shower Cartridge off you, but then found that I had ordered the wrong one. I am now trying to identify the correct type before ordering again. Please can you take a look at the attached cartridge and advise me if it is a 00622415?



The shower that it has come off was installed at build by David Wilson Homes in around 2008 and I suspect that it is a Bristan Solo (or possibly Artisan). Whilst the cart in the image is of brass construction, the cartridge that I have removed from another shower (the same type) in the house is of plastic construction.

Your picture does look the same as the cartridge below,

and yes they have been changed from metal to plastic.

Hi, was hoping you could help. We think we have a Bristan Trinity Shower which is dripping constantly and was hoping you would be able to tell us if this is the case from the photo. If it is we believe we would need a new cartridge and was looking for your advice of which one we would require.
