Can't rate and praise you guys enough, shower was running cold and after going numerous plumbing centres, shops, etc and even the company that fitted my shower, no one could tell me what shower I had so couldn't get the replacement part I needed, u till I was directed your way, and by looking at the same photos and part you told me within seconds what shower it was and which part was needed, was ordered and delivered next day and now shower is lovely and hot again so top marks to a top team, 11/10 ??
