Bristan glee shower

Hi. The shower is only approx year old. The temperature went loopy. Now it says E1 and does not work. Please can you tell me if it is the thermostat? and do you sell the part please? Kindest regards Kelly Isone

If Error code ‘E1’ appears in
temperature indicator display.
Then the Outlet water temperature thermistor may be faulty.

This is not on the parts list , so we would need to contact Bristan as to the availability etc of this item if you would like to buy one.
