After ordering the incorrect cartridge I returned it with photos you quickly advised me of the correct cartridge. I was refunded for the wrong cartridge and within 3 days I received the correct plastic cartridge and after easily fitting it I had a very welcome shower. Thanks for your help, it could not have been better. Malcolm Naylor
