Righ handed and method of adjustment

I asked a right or left handed question this morning. I presume this is for the shower head to be at the RHS of the rail. Correct? Also, how is the shower head fitment adjuted for angle. Reason i ask is that current fitment will not hold position and 'droops' all time despite me tightening single screw into plastic(?) thread.

Correct for first part.
The angle is adjusted by simply pulling the head forward or back. It maybe that the head is not designed for the bracket and is too heavy or that the slider bracket screw is ineffectual.
