Insecure fit

The shower head just lodges in the holder, but is very insecure and keeps falling out. Is this normal? It seems to me that the shoulder of the shower head needs to be tapered to fit into the holder or to have a rubber sleeve to help it marry with the holder. Any suggestions?

This will be due to the type of hose that the head is fitted too.

You may need one that is bigger etc.for a securer fit.
