This question is regarding Bristan 18mm Shower Head Holder (Chrome) - SLID 06324C

How does it tighten? Does it screw tight or is it a spring loaded adjuster? I cannot tell from the photo or wording. My old one failed but it was plastic and I require a screw type so the shower head does not rotate when moved.

It screws up to tighten it.
