Bristan Shower head holder - Not good quality

I bought this based on some 5 star reviews but should have heeded the less positive one. I think the high reviews are referring more to Shower Doctor's service than the specific product
It is very cheaply made and I do not have much confidence it will last very long. The mechanism that clamps the holder to the bar is feeble. The rotation of the part that holds the shower head is held by a screw which you can use to adjust the tension but it will certainly require ongoing adjustment with a screwdriver if you adjust the shower head angle.
If you do not change the shower height / angle very often this might be OK but if you use the shower for a family where people need to adjust it a lot I would go for something of higher quality.

We have now made contact with the customer to resolve matters and informed them to return the product for a full refund if they're still unhappy.
We have also explained that we can source alternative products to suit.
This particular item is a genuine Bristan part and supplied direct from the manufacturer and apart from this one complaint we have had no other issues to date.
