Excellent service but a cheap, plastic fitting

The service from Shower Doctor was great, but how Bristan gets away with selling these cheap plastic parts, I just don't know. This slider bracket will not last long at all.
Looking on the bright side, it was much cheaper than the Bristan part it replaced which was also cheap and poor quality and yet Bristan were charging over £40!
