Ok, I ordered on 22/7 and it had not arrived by 2/8. I contacted Shower Doctor who did now know about the order - I sent through a copy of the order confirmation email and they found that it had been 'stuck in the system'. Having found the order they despatched the product by return and I received it ASAP. So, poor initial customer service but once Paul got on the case it was resolved very quickly.
The product itself works well - I was worried when I read some of the other reviews but to me the product does exactly what it should do - it holds a shower head in place where you want it to be held on the slider rail.
