I originally sent an email query to shower doctor after reading they had been helpful to them on another review. I was not dissapointed as the next day I received a reply with correct part I needed. Don't think I would have found it without their help and the item arrived the next day!

Now my shower head is held in place securely, without the danger of it falling off as it had been.
