shower drips

we recently replaced part 16 as the spindles had worn away as we were having to over tighten it to stop the shower dripping, The shower still drips, any idea which part i need to change to stop it from dripping!

You could change the whole valve shown below, or the black washer at the end, which you can get from your local plumb store.
