This question is regarding Bristan Brass Thermostatic Cartridge (not threaded) - CART 06734B

Cartridge replaced but no water coming out

I have purchased a replacement cartridge because the water was coming out cold. After replacing the cartridge I am no longer getting any water out of the shower.



If I run it without the cartridge in place then plenty of water comes out.



I tried replacing the old cartridge but that too doesn't let any water out now.

You don’t mention which shower you have.

So I am a bit in the dark


I presume that when you are standing in front of the shower that you have hot to the left and cold to the right?

The temperature cartridge should have no effect on the flow.


Can’t be much more help than that without more info.
