This question is regarding Bristan Brass Thermostatic Cartridge (not threaded) - CART 06734B

SHOWER PUMP JUMPING

Hi On starting the shower the shower pump jumps a few times. I installed a new one of these cartridges which I purchased from you in november 2013 Do you think I need to replace again or could it be the pump which is faulty. regards D Benjamin

It is unlikely to be the cartridge , so I would check the supply to the pump and the head , hose and filters.
