trying to identify shower valve

hello - we bought a new cartridge for this shower back in may 2011 - it was 51.76 - but the invoice doesnt detail the part, and I cannot remember what make it is - any way need new cartridge. picture of shower attached. can you identify the shower and let us know which part to buy, thanks.

This looks like a Gainsborough shower and if so the cartridge is now obsolete.

If you can send us a picture of the cartridge we maybe able to source a replacement.
