Bristan 1901 Cartridge

My 1901 developed a fault where it wouldn't stop after i had turned it off. I replaced the seals and this cured the fault but then no hot water, I took it all apart soaked in limescale remover and reassembled

This did the trick temporarily and now I'm back to no hot water coming through (it doesn't fire the boiler when I turn it on) - is this a new cartridge required or will a new cd valve cure the problem ?

thanks

It could be the inlet is blocked. If there is no demand then the boiler wont fire. We do sell the cd valve,  the service pack, and the cartridges. But I would remove the cartridge and see if the hot water is coming through before replacing the cd valve.
