How can I tell it is Cat 5 Cartridge
I am getting a plumber to fix something else. He said he can fit the cartridge for me if I have ordered it.
More pictures attached. As I said before, the control is exactly as the link to Bristan video. The original control is similar to the Pisa range. The diameter is about 4.5cm.
Please help.
In case it is wrong, what is the return policy?
Question: Shower come with the house. So never know what model is it. Start dripping after 12 years. How can I be sure this is the model? The old control look like the Pisa one but was changed to the one exactly like the one being demonstrated by Bristan in their video. http://www.bristan.com/customerservice/How-to-videos/Thermotec-shower-thermostatic-cartridge-maintenance-and-replacement, but with back plate rather than the pipe exposed.
The cartridge wouldn't budge. Didn't want to force it and break the seal as I haven't located its individual stop valve.
If I can be sure this is the one, will order from you and try again. And can I order a service kit, seal and the valve at the back. £90 vs £45, instead of the whole cartridge. Many thanks.
