Low temperatures from Bristan Moloko shower

Hi, My Bristan Moloko recessed dual control t/static shower ( installed circ.2010 ) has been suffering from poor heat temps. for a while & I think the mixer cartridge may be to blame. Is it possible to clean / service or is a replacement cartridge required ?

Most likely a faulty cartridge however may be worth while stripping the cartridge out giving it a clean and a spray with silicone lubricant, if that doesn't work then it is a new cartridge.

When it is out take a couple of photos just in case you have difficulty in Identifying the cartridge.
