This question is regarding Bristan CART5 Dual Control Thermostatic Cartridge - 06732COMPL

stiff controls tivoli duo with cart 5 cortridge (i think)

changed to combination boiler and controls are now very stiff to operate .

Instructions says the valve is ok to use with combi bolier .



controls worked ok with the previous gravity system . Any idea on how to free the controls a bit .

Strip the cartridge out and grease all the seals with silicone grease

ref cartridge and try, if no luck then you are going to need to fit a new cartridge.
