This is a review of customer service rather than the product.
I phoned to report a faulty shower cartridge which I had bought only 2 months earlier.
Heather dealt with my report speedily and 24 hours later I received a replacement cartridge and an email link to return the faulty product.
I fitted the new cartridge and returned the old one all within 48 hours of my report.
Exceptional service.
