Bristan Shower Mixer Cartridge?

After a mere 15 years, our shower has started to run a bit cold. I've checked the hot water supply and it is of a temperature and volume that would suffice. Given that it also drips a bit, I'm thinking it might just need a new cartridge and seals - but which type of "Bristan" fitting and spares kit would I need please? (Picture Attached)
