Bristan Tulsa Thermostatic shower

Shower kept leaking from head, have changed the cartridge, and now the shower won't turn off at all, can any body help please.

The cartridge maybe fitted incorrectly.

To test if the cartridge is ok you need to remove it and, with the on/off handle back on , see if the internals are moving up and down as you turn it.
