No hot water to Tulsa shower
I have no hot water coming through my Tulsa shower. Cold is OK; hot water works in other parts of the house. Any ideas what might be causing it or what needs replacing? (I have a concealed unit.)

Probably just needs a strip down clean lube and a new seal kit fitted.
