No water coming out if my Bristain Tulsa shower

Hi,

The water in my shower has stopped coming out, water comes out of the taps fine and the heating is also fine. Do you know what could need replacing in my shower?

the temperature fluctuation or cool running it could be a fault with cartridge however to check this, see if you can get hold of the hot inlet elbow or the hot supply pipe before it enters the shower or perhaps as it leaves the boiler.

If when holding this pipe the temperature fluctuates or goes cool then the problem is not with the shower but more likely with the boiler as the shower can only deliver what the boiler sends to it.

Disregard the temperature at the taps as they have a different flow rate.

If the temperature of the water going into the shower is OK the the valve probably only needs a strip down clean lube and a service kit fitted.
