temperature control knob

My temperature control knob (part no 3) in the exploded view, will not grip, it just spins around. I could not find the part number, is this part still obtainable and if so , what does it cost?

The handles for your shower are now obsolete the link below will take you to a set of handles that will work with your shower however depending on how your shower is fitted you may have to alter them a little.
